Sustainability

being sustainable

is not a choice;

but a necessary way of life.

It is no secret that the fashion industry is causing devastating and irreversible environmental damage, from the exploitation of natural resources, to pollution and waste.

Within the fashion industry it is the responsibility of designers, brands and manufacturers to take responsibility for how their products are produced, and to be transparent about their supply chain, from material sourcing, to manufacturing methods all the way to packaging.

D Line is committed to changing the fashion industry by sourcing fabrics and producing clothes of the highest quality in the most sustainable way. We have carefully selected partners who are equally devoted to creating high quality goods, without compromising sustainability.

we are constantly searching

for the newest innovations

to sustainable, upcycled and

recycled materials.

D Line has spent years sourcing the highest quality, sustainable fabrics, yarns and trims, from raw materials, to upcycled and recycled fabrics. Our fabrics meet the criteria for world standards including:

From natural to synthetic fibers, fabric made from recycled plastic bottles, to upcycled cotton, silk and cashmere, we are constantly searching for the newest innovations to sustainable, upcycled and recycled materials.

When not using recycled or upcycled material, we ensure that all raw materials used by D Line come from producers who use ethical and sustainable practices.

We believe that it is just as important to find the highest quality material as the most sustainable. By ensuring that all our sustainable material is made to the highest quality, we are able to help reduce waste caused by easily worn out clothes, ensuring that every garment produced is durable and built to last.

D Line also believes that it is not just what the garments are made of which needs to be considered, but also the packaging. We have sourced and designed sustainable packaging solutions to add the perfect, sustainable final touch to every purchase.

we partner with companies that promote sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices.

D Line has worked hard to find local manufacturing partners who are equally devoted to protecting the environment.

We only partner with companies that promote sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices. Chosen specifically for their standards, sustainable practices and technological superiority, our factories are some of the most technical and conscious in the region. By working with local producers, we are able to minimize and reduce our carbon footprint. Their methods include using renewable energy sources, recycling natural resources throughout the production process, and ensuring that what is put back into the environment is as clean and free of pollutants as possible.

Furthermore, by using carefully designed patterns, techniques and tools, our talented merchandising and production teams are able to craft every garment using the fabric to its full potential and therefore minimize waste.

We are also passionate about supporting local artisans, recognizing not just the environmental benefits of working with hand crafted, sustainable methods, but also realise that it is our duty to help preserve these traditions, and support those who uphold them.
